Summer Hibiscus Tea Lemonade
This is one of my favorite drinks for a hang on the front porch in the summer heat. Hibiscus can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and decrease inflammation. It is rich in antioxidants and has a delicious, fruity tartness that complements flavors like citrus, mint and ginger. Perfect for a hot-ass summer day!

2 packets or 3/4 tsp. stevia sweetener
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (more if you like it tart)
Ice

In a pitcher, add the brewed tea, water and stevia and stir until everything is dissolved
Add the lemon and stir a bit more
Pour over ice and serve

Don't like stevia?
For some people, stevia can taste bitter. Stevia needs something bitter or acidic to hide this weird quality, so this tea lemonade is perfect. You'll have no idea it's stevia!
