Online Training
We build a program specifically for you to do on your own while periodically checking in for accountability and to address questions.
How it Works
Program delivery
Your fitness program is loaded into an app that shows you exactly what to do each day. Each exercise in your program comes with written instructions and a video demonstration of the exercise. If you are not sure you are doing an exercise correctly, send us a video of you doing the exercise, through the messaging feature, and we will provide feedback.
Assessment
We will send you an exercise assessment to do on video and send to us so we can review your movement patterns and customize your exercise program to meet your unique needs. We’ll identify which muscles may be overactive, underactive, or need extra stretching and mobility work. We’ll also discuss how much time you can commit to exercising, what equipment you have access to, and the types of movement you enjoy and dislike.
Track your progress
Choose how you prefer to keep track of your progress by using the app to document weight, body fat, measurements, progress photos or any combination of these things. You can also stay motivated by charting how much you’re lifting, how you feel, and how many workouts you complete. Do you love fitness and nutrition tech gadgets? You can sync our app with Apple Watch, Apple Health, Withings, Fitbit, and MyFitnessPal.
Communications
Your program includes a fitness professional to help guide you and to tweak your program for the best results. Do you need an exercise modification to make it easier or harder? Is there a specific exercise that doesn’t feel quite right? Feedback makes it possible for us to help you get the most out of your program, so don’t forget to use the app’s messaging feature frequently.
Reminders
We can all use some assistance with making our fitness and nutrition a priority. In our app, you can customize the push notification reminders you receive to give you an extra layer of accountability.
1:1 Sessions
One-on-one sessions are done virtually via video conferencing so you can interact with your coach wherever you are.
How it Works
Personal Training
Each 1:1 personal training session begins with a check-in to see how you are eating and recovering, and an overview of what you will learn or practice in the session. After the warm-up, the bulk of your workout will be several blocks of mobility, core, strength training and/or conditioning work. Nutrition Coaching
Habit change is the tool we use to make our nutrition coaching so effective. By focusing on adding habits rather than taking things away from people, we can break the chains of diet culture and focus on deep health. We will identify your existing healthy habits, discover new healthy habits and create a framework to implement them. After your in-depth assessment, we will make recommendations for supplementation and future sessions.
